Oh my God I love that song. I play it all the time I feel the same way many times. I use music when I am upset or frustrated its great therephy for me it helps me feel better. Even though I cant sing to sit there with the music on playing songs I can relate to helps me feel better I dont know why.
If I sing the song I cry.... cause I'm there in that moment... and it just feels so horrible.. meows.
Yeah I cry as well but sometimes that is why I do it just because I need to cry and let it out. but sometimes even that doesnt get me to the release I need although it helps.
release is good ::nods:: but sometimes it makes me feel worse cause I know I have the power to change the aspects in my life which are causing me pain... but the hearts a fickle matter and confusing as it may be sometimes it's hard to walk away.. ::nods::
Music is way powerful. I have to be careful about playing certain songs at certain times they manipulate my mood so well. Certain songs are just for Thursdays, therapy days.
